In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Kinsman Water Features and Fountains, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned items to Kinsman Fountains must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, manuals, accessories, etc must be returned for full credit. A restocking charge may be applied to products that do not meet these requirements. Please note that custom items, built-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned due to their uniqueness to your specific needs.

How to Return a Product

In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to Kinsman Fountains follow these instructions:


1. Contact us at 01737 222040 report your intention to return the Item. If we have personally delivered the item we will arrange a time to collect.
2. If the item has been delivered by a third party courier you will be given a return address and reference number.
3. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box.
4. Return the product via an insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package as Kinsman Fountains is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price.
5. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you received your reference number.

All fountains and water features come with a one year manufactures guarantee from us against any manufacturing faults, this includes the pump and all accessories. If your fountain or water feature does develop a fault please contact us with your order number and date of purchase and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
